Sharon balik size ‘small’, ‘medium’ ang mga damit: ‘I still couldn’t believe!’

NAGING emosyonal si Megastar Sharon Cuneta dahil finally nagbunga na talaga ang kanyang pagpapapayat.
Biruin niyo, makalipas ang ilang dekada ay nagkasya na ulit sa kanya ang mga damit na size small at medium!
Tuwang-tuwa ang batikang singer-actress kasi pwede na niyang suotin ang mga nais niyang damit.
Sa Instagram, ibinandera ni Sharon ang kanyang latest picture at inihayag ang achievement sa kanyang weight loss journey.
“For the first time in over 20 years, I was able to shop for clothes again that I actually want to wear,” bungad niya sa caption.

Kwento ni Sharon, “I went up to a size 24 years ago, and that was when I truly panicked, because my health was suffering.”
“I am now back to size 6 to 8. A small to medium,” chika niya.
Patuloy niya, “I was moved to tears because I still couldn’t believe I had finally lost all that ugly extra weight!”
Pero sinabi rin ni Sharon na hindi pa siya tapos sa kanyang journey: “Not done yet. Just a few more.”
“I thank the Lord everyday,” aniya pa.

Nauna nang ibinunyag ni Sharon na nabawasan siya ng 15 lbs sa kanyang fitness journey.
“I decided to lose weight slowly on my 50th birthday [in] 2016. It’s been 9 years of losing weight, gaining weight again, being happy and inspired, feeling disappointed and frustrated,” paliwanag niya.
