IBINASURA ng Pasay Regional Court ang kaso ng acts of lasciviousness na isinampa ni Sandro Muhlach laban sa mga independent contractor ng GMA na sina Jojo Nones at Richard Cruz.
Ito ay matapos katigan ng nasabing korte ang motion to quash nina Jojo at Richard.
“The acts of lasciviousness before this court are necessarily included in the charge of rape before the Regional Trial Court,” lahad sa bahagi ng desisyong inilabas ng Pasay Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 46.
Tinutukoy nito ang kasong rape na isinampa ng Department of Justice (DOJ) laban sa dalawang contractors kaugnay ng umano’y pang-aabuso nila sa binata.

Dagdag pa ng korte, “The prosecution resorted to an overkill by filing the instant informations for acts of lasciviousness when clearly the acts are constitutive and/or simultaneous and are deemed absorb in the rape case with the alleged sole intent and purpose of arousing and ultimately gratifying the accused own sexual desire.”
Sa ngayon, wala pang pahayag si Sandro at ang kanyang kampo tungkol sa desisyon ito ng Pasay court.
Samantala, inamin ng abogado nina Jojo at Richard na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque na masaya sila sa naging resolusyon ng korte.
“We are happy that the court saw the legal infirmity that we had been raising at the onset of the case,” sey ni Atty. Maggie sa panayam ng INQUIRER.net.
Kung matatandaan, August last year nang magsampa ng reklamo si Sandro laban kina Jojo at Richard para sa kasong rape through sexual assault at acts of lasciviousness.
Ayon sa aktor, minolestiya umano siya ng dalawa at tinuruan pang gumamit ng ilegal na droga matapos ang GMA Gala noong Hulyo ng nakaraang taon.
Noong Oktubre, isinampa ng DOJ ang kasong kriminal laban sa dalawang inakusahang rapists.
