Animal Kingdom Foundation sa pag-welcome sa Bagong Taon: Celebrate responsibly!
NANAWAGAN ang Animal Kingdom Foundation (AFK) na iwasan ang magpaputok sa darating na Bagong Taon dahil sa hindi magandang epekto nito sa mga alagang hayop.
Sa kanilang Facebook post ay ibinahagi nito doble ang lakas ng mga paputok na naririnig ng mga tao sa pandinig ng mga alagang aso.
Saad ng Animal Kingdom Foundation, “Firecrackers and loud noises may be a norm this coming Christmas and New Year revelries, but they can surely cause anxiety to our pets.
“Remember, dogs can hear twice as loud as hoomans, so those bangs may be too harsh for them.”

“#IwasPaputoxic ngayong Holiday!” sey pa ng Animal Kingdom Foundation.
Sa hiwalay na post naman ay nanawagan rin ang foundation na maging ang mga ibon sa himpapawid ay apektado ng mga paputok.
“Let us not forget the birds in the sky. While we celebrate with lights and sound, let’s take a moment to think about the silent victims above us—the birds,” sabi ng AKF.
Dagdag pa niya, “Fireworks, though dazzling, are terrifying to them. The loud explosions, bright flashes, and smoke leave them disoriented, scared, and with nowhere to hide. Many lose their lives as they flee in panic.”
Muling paalala ng Animal Kingdom Foundation, sa pagdiriwang ngayong Bagong Taon ay isipin rin ang iba pa nating kasamang hayop.
“Let’s be kind this season. Celebrate responsibly. Choose alternatives to fireworks, and let the skies be a safe haven for all creatures,” lahad ng AKF.
