Yasmien Kurdi nakipagkita kay DepEd Sec. Sonny Angara

MAKIKIPAGKITA ang Kapuso actress na si Yasmien Kurdi kay Department of Education Secretary Sonny Angara sa Huwebes, December 19, para pag-usapan ang tungkol sa isyu ng nararanasang bullying ng anak sa paaralan.

Nitong mga nagdaang araw ay inilahad ng aktres ang pambu-bully ng mga estudyante sa kanyang panganay na anak na si Ayesha.

Ayon kay Yasmien, ito may kinalaman sa hindi maka-keep up ang anak sa group messages para sa kanilang Christmas party dahil may out of the country trip silang pamilya.

Ibinahagi nga niya sa kanyang Instagram posts ang pangyayari kaya naman marami sa mga netizens at kapwa parents ang napa-react sa dinanas na pambubully ni Ayesha sa paaralan.

At sa isa sa mga Instagram stories niya kamakailan ay ang pasasalamat ni Yasmien sa mga kapwa magulang na nagpahyag at nag-share ng mga bullying experiences na naranasan rin ng kanilang mga anak.

Dagdag pa niya, makikipag-meeting siya kay Department of Education Sonny Angara para mabigyang solusyon ang bullying na hindi lang nararanasan ng kanyang anak bagkus pati ng iba pang mga kabataan.

This Thursday, I’ll be meeting with the Secretary of the Department of Education Sonny Angara to discuss potential solutions and strategies we can implement to address bullying in our schools,” sey ni Yasmien.

“Together, we can shine a light on this issue and empower our kids to stand strong. Let’s fight bullying and protect our children!” dagdag pa niya.
