“‘Yung nerves niya became sensitive. Very rare ‘yung sakit niya. Inalagaan ko siya and my mom. Na-ICU siya,” lahad ng dalaga kasabay ng explanation kung anong karamdaman ng ama.
Patuloy pa niya, “After all of that, nu’ng nag-start na siyang mag-recover, bigla akong nag-faint sa room niya. Bigla na lang ako nag-panic attack.”
Kasunod nito, na-diagnose na siya ng panic disorder at adjustment disorder, “All at once siya. It took me like a year and a half. I did not go out for 10 months. I couldn’t drive. I couldn’t go to the mall. I was locked down for myself for like almost one year.
“After 10 months, I did my first driving na 3-minute drive. When I was successful with that, I started crying kasi I was so happy kasi akala ko noong time na ‘yun that I will never be able to drive or go out. I was so scared talaga to go anywhere,” paliwanag pa ni Kelley.

Patuloy pa niya, “Sa panic disorder, you have the fear of panic attack. Basically, when you worry about panicking, magko-cause siya ng panic attack. Para siyang vicious cycle of thoughts.”
“Sabi ng doctor ko, it’s a buildup. I think ‘yung breakthrough ko was when na-hospitalize ‘yung dad ko. ‘Yung adrenaline mo kapag mataas, tapos it will drop, survival mode, eh.
“Then nu’ng naging okay na ‘yung dad ko, nag-drop ‘yung adrenaline then that’s when it can trigger some changes in your chemicals,” dagdag pa niyang paliwanag.
Sumailalim daw siya sa cognitive behavioral therapy, “There’s an improvement. I have a medicine that I bring with me everywhere. If I don’t have it, medyo nagpa-panic ako. Accessible siya.
“I’m much better na. I always remember the things that my doctor told me how to ground myself. For the last year, wala nang severe attack,” tuluy-tuloy na pagbabahagi ni Kelley.
Samantala, ready na rin daw ipagpatuloy ng aktres ang kanyang acting career, “I plan to venture into movies and teleserye.” Huling napanood si Kelley sa Kapuso series na “The World Between US” kasama sina Alden Richards, Jasmine Curtis at Tom Rodriguez.
Ready na ba siyang magpaka-daring sa pagbabalik-showbiz, “Kung magpa-sexy, okay lang. Siguro if may experience na ako sa acting. Ayaw ko naman na basta maghubad lang. I have my own personal limitation. Open naman ako to explore my acting ability.”
I’m doing a carnivore diet. Pure meat and eggs and butter.
“Good siya not just for weight control but also hormonal, anxiety, depression, autoimmune disorder. I haven’t had any sugar and carbs for like a couple of weeks. I feel good. I sleep better. I don’t feel bloated,” aniya pa.
