Concert nina Ogie at Regine sa Dubai ‘fake news’: ‘Huwag magpaloko!’

WALANG gaganaping concert sa Dubai ang celebrity couple na sina Regine Velasquez at Ogie Alcasid.
‘Yan mismo ang sinabi ni Ogie matapos kumalat sa social media ang tungkol sa nasabing event.
Sa Instagram, sinabi ng singer-songwriter na “fake news” ito habang ibinabandera ang screenshot ng isang online article na inanunsyo ang upcoming concert umano nila ng mag-asawa.
“Guys this is fake news!! This was an actual 2014 concert but someone reposted it,” caption ni Ogie.
Wika pa niya, “We are not having a concert in Dubai. Please po ‘wag kayo magpaloko. God bless everyone!”

Kung matatandaan, ang couple ay unang nagkaroon ng concert sa Dubai noong 2010, at sinundan ito ng pangalawang performance noong 2014.
As of now, wala pang anunsyo kung magkakaroon ulit sila ng concert together.
Sa isang interview with Billboard Philippines, chinika nina Regine at Ogie ang papel ng musika pagdating sa kanilang relasyon.
“I don’t think our marriage will survive without music. Literally, figuratively, and spiritually,” sambit ni Ogie.
Paliwanag niya, “It seems to be the binding force that keeps us together. Specifically because of our jobs and because we are also using music to praise our Creator.”
Sumang-ayon naman sa kanya ang misis at iginiit kung gaano naman kahalaga ang maging tagahanga sa isa’t-isa, lalo na’t pareho sa karera.
“I think the reason why our relationship also works is because we are each other’s number one fans,” lahad ni Regine.
Patuloy niya, “We support each other and…I think importante ‘yun pag pareho kayong job. Dapat may paniniwala kayo sa isa’t isa.”
Ang advice pa ng dalawa sa music artists na tulad nila ay in a relationship sa kapwa-singer: Patuloy na ipaglaban ang passion sa musika, pati na rin ang pagmamahalan sa isa’t-isa.
“I think I would like to encourage them to keep going for it,” saad ni Ogie.
Dagdag niya, “Some of the biggest musical acts in the world, especially during our time, are couples who would be performing or creatively working together.”
“It’s not always a happy ending, but the byproduct of such a romance is amazing,” ani pa niya.
Kung maaalala, taong 2010 nang ikinasal sina Regine at Ogie.
Mayroon silang isang anak na si Nate.
