Rebelasyon ni Claudine laban kay Raymart biglang binura sa vlog ni Luis

BURADO na ang bahagi ng interview ni Luis Manzano kay Claudine Barretto na may kaugnayan sa estranged husband nitong si Raymart Santiago.
Muli naming pinanood ang latest vlog entry sa “Luis Talks” YouTube channel pero edited na nga ang mga nakakalokang rebelasyon ni Claudine tungkol sa dati niyang asawa.
Dito inamin ng aktres na sinampahan daw niya si Raymart ng kaso na may kaugnayan sa Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) at ang umano’y pagkuha ng aktor ng milyun-milyon sa kanyang saving account.
Bukod dito, nabanggit din ni Claudine ang tungkol sa patuloy na annulment case nila ng nakahiwalay na asawa at ang pagkuha ni Raymart sa kanilang bahay pati na ang usapin sa custody ng kanilang mga anak.

Hindi na mapapanood ang naturang panayam sa vlog ni Luis. Ang tanging natira sa edited version ay ang mga kuwento ni Claudine tungkol sa Star For All Seasons na si Vilma Santos.
Mukhang inunahan na nga Luis ang kampo ni Raymart sa posibleng pagresbak sa kanya dahil sa inilabas na panayam kay Claudine matapos magbanta hinggil sa paninira sa aktor.

Naging super close sina Claudine at Vilma nang gawin nila ang blockbuster at award-winning film na “Anak” mula sa direksyon ni Rory Quintos.
Ayon kay Claudine, si Ate Vi raw ang nagligtas noon sa kanya habang down na down siya sa buhay at tangkaing saktan ang kanyang sarili.
Si Vilma pa nga raw ang nagpayo sa kanya na ipaglaban ang kanyang karapatan bilang babae at bilang asawa at ina.
Pero itinanggi naman daw ng veteran actress na pinayuhan niya si Claudine na idemanda si Raymart, base sa pahayag ni Nanay Cristy Fermin sa radio program nila ni Romel Chika na “Cristy Ferminute.”
Kasunod nito, naglabas naman ng pahayag ang panig ni Raymart laban sa kontrobersiyal na panayam ni Claudine sa pamamagitan ng abogado ng aktor.
“We will not address, dignify, or respond to any statements made by Ms. Barretto regarding our client, for doing so is a breach of the Gag Order issued by the Honorable Court where the parties’ case for nullity of marriage is undergoing trial,” ang pahayag ng lawyer ni Raymart.

“The Gag Order dated 20 September 2023 of the Honorable Court directed that the parties refrain from expressing in any form, making any defamatory statement or comment, or answer questions pertaining to the other party, and from publicizing the same through print, broadcast media, or digital media. This Gag Order remains to be binding upon the parties.

“Section 12 of Republic Act No. 8369, the Family Court Act of 1997, has provided for the confidentiality of court proceedings in child and family cases.
“In light of the foregoing, we remind Ms. Barretto and all other media outlets that making, airing, and publishing defamatory statements about our client are violations of a court order.
“Nobody is above the law. Let this be a stern warning that Ms. Barretto’s act of making false, malicious, and defamatory statements about our client are flagrant violations of the Gag Order issued by the court where the nullity proceedings are pending.
“We will ensure that all legal actions will be taken to protect our client’s rights. The truth regarding the matter will come to light in the proper forum. We continue to put our trust in the judicial system of our country, where due process, justice, and the rule of law have always prevailed,” ang buong pahayag ng abogado ni Raymart.
