HINDI mapagsidlan ang sayang nararamdaman ngayon ni Vina Morales dahil dream come true niya na mapasama sa any Broadway show bilang isang mang-aawit na halos lahat namang performers ay ito ang pangarap
Matagal na itong nasa bucket list ng singer/actress kaya lahat ng auditions ay pinupuntahan niya o nagpapadala siya ng mga video audition ng kanta na hoping isang araw ay mapansin siya at heto na kasama siya sa first all-Filipino production ng “Here Lies Love” bilang Aurora Aquino sa loob ng isang buwan simula sa Setyembre 22.
Si Vina ang kapalit ng multi-awarded Filipino Broadway star, ang Tony award winner na si Lea Salonga.
Hiningan namin ng reaksyon si Vina sa malaking oportunidad na ito na mag-perform siya sa Broadway Theater sa New York City, USA.
“Hi Reg, yes tuloy ako sa Broadway, dream come true for me. Another bucket list checked,” sey niya sa amin.
Chika pa niya, “Doing the role of Lea Salonga…she was the one and Direk Bobby Garcia who guided me along the way. They were so kind and very supportive. Thankful to them.
“I actually auditioned for that years ago that’s why the director Alex Timbers and David Byrne is familiar of me.”
Patuloy niya, “I did Sherrie of Rock of Ages play under Atlantis Production kaya alam nila na nagte-theater ako when I was in Australia for my tour of 6 shows, coach Lea and direk asked for a video audition of a song from Here Lies Love. They guided me along the way thru the process until I got accepted for the role of Aurora Aquino.”

Kwento pa niya, “When I was interviewed by Tito Boy Abunda ‘coz I shared the secret to him before the announcement of Here Lies Love productions, he said ‘Good Thing happen to those who wait and I agree with him, in Gods perfect time talaga.
“Now, I’m doing Broadway, God is Good all the time. I am thankful and grateful.”
“Also my Star Magic family is also in full support along with my Family (Magdayao). Excited to meet the whole family of Here Lies Love on Broadway, yahoo!” Masaya niyang sabi.
Samantala, hindi muna makakasama ni Vina ang kanyang pamilya patungong NYC dahil paalis na siya sa August 27 for a solo show sa September 1, Royal Theater Honolulu, Hawaii at September 2 Maui Hawaii.
Aniya, “need to be re-schedule due to Lahaina strong (fundraising events para sa biktima ng wildfire sa Maui).”
Pagdating ng September 9 ay may back-to-back concert sila ni David Pomeranz na “Two Hearts” sa San Jose, California, September 16 Los Angeles at saka siya diretso ng New York para sa “Here Lies Love” show sa Broadway.

Magsisimula ang Aurora Aquino show for a limited guest engagement mula Friday, Sept. 22 til Sunday, Oct. 22 sa Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway at 53rd Street).
