Lee O’Brian hindi nagpasindak kay Pokwang, naghain ng counter affidavit laban sa deportation case; nakiusap sa gobyerno ng Pinas

MUKHANG hindi basta-basta magpapatalo at magpapasindak ang American actor na si Lee O’Brian sa dati niyang live-in partner na si Pokwang.
Sa halip na lisanin ang Pilipinas na siyang nais mangyari ni Pokie, naghain ng counter affidavit si Lee laban sa deportation case na inihain laban sa kanya ng ex-partner.
Ngunit mabilis na sinabi ng aktor na kahit sinampahan siya ng deportation case ni Pokwang, mananatili pa rin daw ang respeto niya sa nanay ng kanyang anak na si Malia.
Sa interview ng news reporter ng TV5 na si MJ Marfori, ipinakita pa ni Lee ang mga dokumento na ginamit nila sa paghahain ng counter-affidavit.

“There we go. Just filed a counter affidavit to the complaint filed by Marietta Subong (Pokwang).
“You know what I’d like to say is first of all, above everything, I always have respect for the mother of my child,” aniya.
“Second of all, because this is kind of a quasi-judicial issue for the Bureau of Immigration, I can’t comment on details,” dagdag pa ni Lee.

Ang nais lamang daw ng Amerikanong aktor ay ang proteksyon at kapakanan ng anak nila ni Pokie na si Malia.
Ang hiling pa niya sa Bureau of Immigration, sana’y maging fair ang magiging desisyon ng mga ito sa kanilang kaso.

“Given the fact that the complainant is very well-known, widely known throughout this county and very, very influential I am basically asking and pleading with the Philippine government and the Bureau of Immigration to look at my case, my deportation case fairly and with justice, according to the merits of the case and whatever I filed here I would plead with them to look at it justly,” panawagan ni Lee O’Brian.
Habang sinusulat namin ang balitang ito ay wala pa kaming nababasang reaksyon o komento si Pokwang. Bukas ang BANDERA sa magiging pahayag ng komedyana sa mga sinabi ni Lee.
Matatandaang naglabas ng official statement ang abogado ni Pokie na si Atty. Ralph Calinisan. Aniya, “Undesirable aliens have no place in this country. With this case we are pursuing, we are putting stop to the gross manipulation of Philippine Immigration laws.”
Pokwang kung bakit na-’trigger’ ipa-deport si Lee O’Brian: Hindi siya marunong magpakumbaba!
