“It was never a walk in the park, as some people would think. It’s not just about the fierce walk, killer poses, and sultry image.

“Underneath all the things that people see are hours upon hours of hard work,” simulang pagbabahagi ng dalaga.

Patuloy pa niya, “The journey was an emotional rollercoaster, where I faced criticism, rejection, and self-doubt.

“I wouldn’t have it any other way, for it led me to self-discovery, growth, and empowerment.

“Sure it was difficult, but it helped me overcome my fears, confront my insecurities, and it pushed me to be the best version of my self.

“Thanks to all the people who supported me and believed in me. All this time, I didn’t wear the crown alone, I wore it together with all the people who helped me to get to where I am today.

“And I couldn’t be more grateful,” sabi pa niya.

“We are a few days away from crowning the next Miss Universe Philippines. I can’t help but to reminisce the entire journey that contributed to who I am today.

“From all the struggles and hardships to the overwhelming support of everyone which I am very thankful for, and of course the once in a lifetime opportunity to represent the Philippines in an international stage.

“I have always seen my journey as a beauty queen similar to the transformation of a butterfly. Like the butterfly’s metamorphosis, this entire experience has led me towards self-discovery and empowerment.

“This butterfly is ready to spread her wings and to take flight to greater heights,” mensahe pa ni Celeste.

Celeste also called the journey an “emotional rollercoaster” where she was subject to self-doubt, self-criticism, and criticism, while also experiencing empowerment, growth, and self-discovery. She then thanked the people who have supported her and believed her, saying that she “didn’t wear the crown alone.”

Just last week, Celeste celebrated the anniversary of her crowning, where she expressed her gratitude to the people that have been with her and supported her “unconditionally” and also thanked the fans and expressed her “joy and gratitude” at their love.

Going into tonight’s coronation, a number of the participants have several accolades under their sleeves. Some of Celeste’s possible successors include Miss Agusan del Norte Jannarie Zarzoso, Miss Bulacan Princess Anne Ramos, and Miss Pampanga Angelique Manto, who have placed in the top five of the Photoshoot Challenge, Swimsuit Challenge, and the Runway Challenge.

Other names that have sprung up as possible successors include Miss Bohol Pauline Amelinkcx, who has placed in the top five of the Runway Challenge and the Swimsuit Challenge, and Miss Eastern Samar Airrish Ramos, who placed in the top five of the Photoshoot Challenge and in the top three of the National Costume competition.
