Miss GMADII Joanna Rabe/ARMIN P. ADINA
KINORONAHAN ang national pageant veteran na si Joanna Rabe mula Zambales bilang unang Miss GMADII (Guardians Magistrate Advocators for Democracy International Inc.) sa palatuntunang itinanghal sa grand ballroom ng Okada Manila sa Parañaque City sa Nob. 29.
Inaasahang magiging mukha ng organisasyon para sa iba’t ibang proyekto si Rabe, na mula sa bayan ng Iba. Tinatag ni Dr. Estela Bulacan ang GMADII noong 2016 “to be an active support of government initiatives such as community-oriented services, peacekeeping endeavors, and charity contributions towards good governance and improvement of the quality of life of all Filipinos.”
Sa talumpati niya, pinasalamatan ni Rabe si Bulacan at ang organisasyon para sa tiwala. “I’ve always dreamed to be of service to the people, and right now it’s going to happen. I know that I will be able to reach a lot of people, and especially the young generation right now who has to know this organization. I want to amplify our causes and I will do my very best to be your Miss GMADII 2022,” aniya.

Isinagawa ang paghihirang sa bagong reyna sa year-end thanksgiving event ng Miss GMADII. Kinoronahan din doon ang iba pang mga kapwa reyna ni Rabe—sina Miss GMADII Metro Manila Mannelyn Benagale, Miss GMADII Luzon Penelope Velasco, Miss GMADII Visayas Sierra Mhay Manalo, at Miss GMADII Mindanao Marilyn Rizo.
Sinabi sa Inquirer ni Mikee Andrei, general manager ng pageant camp na Aces and Queens na nagsilbing consultant ng Miss GMADII, na pantay-pantay ang halaga ng apat na titulong “geographic.”
Nauna nang tinanggap ni Rabe ang parangal bilang “Darling of the Press” sa isang hiwalay na event kung saan niya tinanggap ang pinakamaraming boto mula sa mga kawani ng midya. Kandidata siya sa 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant, at lumahok na rin sa Mutya ng Pilipinas at Miss Universe Philippines pageants.
