Maxene Magalona

“Through the path of self-healing and self-exploration, I was able to collect my energy and align myself to be able to activate my authentic empowerment,” ang bahagi ng caption ni Maxene sa kanyang latest Instagram post.

Matapos ma-diagnose ng complex post traumatic syndrome disorder (C-PTSD), nabanggit ni Maxene na  never aiyang nag-give up sa buhay dahil naniniwala siya na may magandang buhay at kinabukasan pa ring naghihintay para sa kanya.

“I never stopped working on myself. In fact, I have grown and evolved so much that I truly see myself as a changed and transformed woman. The past no longer defines me. The future no longer worries me,” pahayag pa ni Maxene.

“I have connected to myself so much that I completely understand that my life is 100% my responsibility.

“I do not blame anyone or any circumstance in my life for my current situation.

“I know that if I want to be genuinely happy and find inner peace, I have to be the one to do this for myself. No one else,” pahayag pa niya.

“As #WorldMentalHealthDay (October 10) is fast approaching, I encourage you to look within and ask your soul what it needs to be able to quiet the overthinking mind and heal the wounded heart,” mensahe pa ni Maxene.
