Aniya sa caption, “In the middle of my 2nd trimester and thinking about a birth plan. Prepping the nursery now so that I can relax during the 3rd tri & train for the marathon of birth & post partum.
“Doing a hypnobirthing & online birth class, not just for me but also to prepare Ralph as my birth partner.
“Thank you for sharing your stories with me,” pahayag ni Bianca.
Aniya, kung siya raw ang masusunod at papipiliin mas gusto raw sana niya ang natural birth, “I am drawn to the idea of natural, intervention-free birth where I have autonomy to labour at my pace, move around & feel where BB is.
“I enjoy learning about the physiological process & benefits. But things can go in a completely different direction so I will remain open!

“I’m writing a plan of my preferences – both for natural and emergency CS – which I may not be able to express in the heat of the moment. Inspired by my friends who did the same!” lahad pa ng nagdadalang-taong aktres.
Dagdag pa niya, “I hope to be able to advocate for myself & not feel pressured into something that’s not absolutely medically necessary.
“Everyone is different, only you & your care provider know what’s right for you.
“All we could hope for is to feel empowered and unafraid but all that matters in the end is we deliver a healthy baby, however they decide to be born,” sabi pa ni Bianca.
Noong 1st trimester ng pagbubuntis ni Bianca nasabi niyang, “A joyous time filled with gratitude and… hunger! I felt all the classic symptoms.”
“Hungry all the time, heartburn, frequent bathroom trips, nausea all day. I cried over anything. I was brattier & needier than usual. Felt like an underachieving, tired, lazy, emotional, hot mess. Getting up to feed myself was an achievement. But all pregnancies are different! Some feel nothing, some have hyperemesis.
“There’s the fear of míscarriage, chromosomal abnormalities and what could go wrong.
“Also slowly discovering what I shouldn’t be eating and drinking and getting frustrated by it. No tiramisu!!! But at some point I chose to stop worrying.
“By the 11th-13th week after the NIPT & early morphology scan, the OB assured us the baby is healthy!” aniya pa.
