Ipinost ni Andi ang kanyang litrato habang nagse-surf sa Siargao na may caption na, “It brings me so much joy to be able to say that I am actually living the surfing dreams of my 11 year old self.”
“Getting into it in my late 20s, I thought for a bit that maybe since having 2 more kids it’s good enough for me to have been able to try, and that now is the time to stop.
“I can watch the kids surf instead, because it’s just too late to get good at it,” aniya pa.
Pagpapatuloy pa ni Andi, “I kept going anyway, because it made me happy, and it made me feel ME. And now I realise that surfing (more) at 32 has been an even more meaningful experience to me.
“It’s never really too late to learn new things or hone a skill, and even more so to achieve a childhood dream,” mariing sabi pa ng panganay na anak ni Jaclyn Jose.
Mensahe pa ng celebrity mommy, “It’s a simple thing but it’s so fulfilling. Somehow I feel like learning something new at this point, brings new meaning and a whole new energy and excitement for life! I can’t wait to be in my 50s (hopefully) still doing this together with papa and the kids!”
“Our snack bar is open every day except Tuesdays from 8AM to sunset. The idea for our snacks is to be offered in eco-friendly packaging, to hopefully influence our customers and other shops around to avoid the use of single-use plastic for their take-away orders.
“Plastic pollution is a big threat to our ocean life, so whether you live in the city, or on an island, going for reusable, or 100% biodegradable options is a great way to help out,” mensahe ni Andi.
“Both our first business ventures, although separate, we’re doing it together! Symbolic of how far we’ve come, from constant conversations about our dreams, helping each other and taking steps to achieve them. This is one of them materialized.
“Our relationship didn’t go in the same order as most others’, but hey there is no rule book on this, right?? Our children, whom we owe all this to, are the very reason why we made it this far.
“This life was and is never just always bathed in sunshine, but I am grateful things happened the way they all did because I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am more than happy to be sharing this with them all,” pahayag pa ni Andi.
