Morissette nag-positive na rin sa COVID-19, pero na-confine sa ospital dahil may isa pang sakit

BUKOD sa tinamaan ng COVID-19, may isa pang karamdaman ang Kapamilya singer na si Morissette Amon na siyang naging dahilan ng pagkaka-confine siya sa ospital.
Kinumpirma ng biriterang singer na nagpositibo rin sila ng kanyang fiancé na si Dave Lamar sa COVID-19 nitong nakaraang linggo.
Ibinahagi ng dalaga ang naging COVID journey nila ni Dave sa kanyang Instagram account kahapon, Jan. 16. Naikuwento rin ni Morissette ang tungkol sa isa pa niyang sakit na mas lalong nagpakaba at nagpatensiyon sa kanya.
Aniya, kinailangan niyang ma-confine sa ospital matapos ma-diagnose ng isa pang medical condition — ang diverticulitis.
Ayon sa isang health website, ang diverticulitis ay, “inflammation of pouches that can form in the intestines. Some of its symptoms include abdominal pain and fever.”
Pahayag ni Morisette, “For the past week, I was confined in the hospital since Sunday evening. both @davejlamar and I tested positive for Covid with mild flu-like symptoms, but I was admitted due to an issue in my colon called Diverticulitis.
“I had to take several IV medications which unfortunately triggered my super bad headaches then lead to vomiting. I couldn’t even eat ’cause I’d just throw it all up,” lahad ng singer.
Makalipas daw ang ilang araw, pinayagan na siya ng kanyang mga doktor na umuwi ng bahay at doon na lang ipagpatuloy ang kanyang recovery period.
“This weekend, I was finally discharged with lots of meds to take with and take note but grateful that I’m allowed to continue my quarantine and healing at home.
“Thank God for DJ (Dave) who was discharged earlier but stayed in the hospital room with me to keep me company, we would just play Pinoy Henyo (’cause it somewhat didn’t require me using a phone that also triggered my migraines) to pass the time.
“I’m still on the road to recovery but feeling a whole lot better now. Thanks to my Titos @audiegemora @davidgesmundocosico @butchgjimenez @daffydocmo for helping us out during this whole process, and everyone for sending in their prayers!” mensahe pa ni Morissette.
