“Following this, they would purge the food from their system through inappropriate methods like vomiting or the use of laxatives.”

Pahayag ni Kylie, “Even though I am a recovered bulimic, every day is a challenge for me kasi the habits that were formed and the things that were exposed to me when I was a kid turned into a thinking pattern and a belief system that I have.”

Pag-amin ng celebrity mom, “When I was a little girl, my idea of beauty was blonde, blue eyes, tall and skinny. That was not me.

“Ngayon ko lang nakikita na napaka-unhealthy for a young developing mind, for a young developing girl, to see that,” sabi pa ng estranged wife ni Aljur Abrenica.

“I just felt like I can’t be me. Being me is not beautiful. Naging eating disorder siya for a long time. But I’m recovered now. For 10 years, I was hungry,” diin pa niya.

“When I got pregnant, I had a reason to eat. I grew so much respect for my body. Naniniwala na rin ako na my worth is more than what I look like and how thin I am.

“Even though I’m a recovered bulimic, every day is a challenge for me kasi the habits that were formed when I was a kid turned into a thinking pattern and a belief system that I have,” pahayag pa ni Kylie.

“Be kinder to yourself and you have to know that your worth is more than your body.

“There’s nothing wrong with wanting to look beautiful. It’s just that, sana you do it in a way that makes you healthier and makes you feel more confident as a person,” sabi pa ng anak ni Robin Padilla.
