Muling pinakilig ng mommy nina Joshua at Bimby ang kanyang fans and social media followers nang mag-post ito ng sweet message para sa dating kalihim ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).

Unang ibinandera nina Kris at Mel ang kanilang relasyon noong nagdaang August at pagkalipas lamang ng halos dalawang buwan, in-announce naman nila sa buong universe ang kanilang engagement.
Sa kanyang IG post matapos ang pagpo-propose ng dating government official, pinasalamatan din niya ang kapatid na si former president Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.
Aniya, “Somehow I believe there really was a matchmaker in heaven who must be smiling now- I can almost hear his voice telling me, ‘Kristina, that’s right, respect the fact that Mel wants a quiet life.’ And finally, “bunso” has learned to obey.
