PURING-PURI ng Kapamilya actress na si Dimples Romana ang mga youngstars na kasama niya sa bagong serye ng ABS-CBN na “Viral Scandal.”
Partikular na tinukoy ng aktres ang tatlong gumaganap na anak niya sa latest Kapamilya drama series — sina Charlie Dizon, Louise Miguel at Karina Bautista.
Ang iba pang kabilang sa younger cast ng serye ay sina Markus Paterson, Aljon Mendoza, Joshua Garcia, Arielle Roces at Aya Fernandez.
Sabi ni Dimples, “I think it would be a total understatement if I say even for somebody like me, I would consider these young actors the most amazing, most professional, kindest young stars I have ever worked with.
“And I say this with much pride kasi kilala ko silang lahat. Nakilala ko ang ilan sa kanila dito lang. Hindi ako makapaniwala kasi nung edad ko hindi ako ganyan. Iba ang husay ng mga kabataan ng Viral Scandal na ito. Iba ang aabangan niyo dito.
“Sobrang saya sa puso na makita kung gaano kasipag ang mga batang ito. Sipag na hindi basta papasok lang sa trabaho ha. Sipag para aralin ang bawat detalye ng mga character nila,” pagmamalaki pa ni Dimples sa mga kasamahan niya sa “Viral Scandal.”

Patuloy pa niya, “Nu’ng ganyan ako kabata, masipag ako pero hindi ako ganyan kahusay. Nae-excite akong mapanood sila rito. Nae-excite ako sa mga taong makakapanood sa kanila.
“Ramdam na ramdam ko ang power ng cast ng mga batang nandito sa Viral Scandal. Can you imagine, it’s the pandemic and ang mga batang ito, the mere fact na nasa labas sila, tapang yan. Matapang ka na, mahusay ka pa.
“I feel very honored to be working with these young stars. I feel like I have much to learn from them more than they would learn from me,” chika ng award-winning actress.
Ano naman ang masasabi niya sa pinakabida ng serye na si Charlie Dizon? “Si Charlie kasi siguro over time nasanay na ako na lagi akong may bagong anak as in. I’m so used to it already.
“But I think what really makes me really super excited to be working with a new tandem of a mom and a daughter or a son kind of working relationship is that I have to discover other things that comes out about myself only when I am partnered with someone that I have not collaborated with in the past.
“So si Charlie I have met her several times over Rise (Artists Studio) I think I have attended one or two of their sessions and I know that she’s really into doing her homework. I know that because when I would read something a week prior, she would have a lot of notes about it the next week.
“So alam ko na yun. But coming into Viral Scandal, I was very, very excited kasi nga hindi ko pa siya nakatrabaho before and sa totoo naging fan ako nugn mga ginawa niya before. We were together in Bagani pero kasi pirata siya and babaylan ako.
“So lagi kaming parang nagkakaiwasan ng trabaho. And now that we have the opportunity to sit down and really focus on how we can further explore each other in terms of acting and also as friends kasi I’ve made friends with almost all na naging anak ko in the past,” dire-diretso pa niyang kuwento.
Dagdag pa niyang papuri sa dalaga, “Siguro yung kay Charlie ang pinakanatutuwa ako ay kadalasan kasi pag ikaw yung mas matagal sa industriya, automatic parang iniisip mo na ikaw yung mas may mai-impart.
“With Charlie I feel like I’m actually learning more from her than she is from me. Parang ganu’n yung pakiramdam ko kasi Charlie had to go through all these hardships of going through VTRs for commercials and really falling in line for being able to land a spot.
“And she has even shown me a lot of videos of her dancing before when she was a teenager and that shows me that this kid actually can dream super big for herself. She was ready to work very hard, a very patient dreamer and that’s very rare for celebrities nowadays.
“Kadalasan kasi tayo kung mahusay ka, mabait ka naman, magaling ka naman, marunong ka makisama, feeling mo kaagad mabilis yun. But si Charlie no, she actually takes her time.
“She’s into details and that’s what I super love about her. I have seen this over many times before in some of the celebrity daughters that I’ve had, but si Charlie kasi she’s very particular and very, very detailed. Naiintindihan niya lahat ng nuances, lahat ng mga gusto niya iparating sa audience niya,” sabi pa ni Dimples.
