Tony Labrusca nagpiyansa para sa ‘acts of lasciviousness’ case; complainant umalma

NAGPIYANSA na ang Kapamilya hunk actor na si Tony Labrusca para sa pansamantala niyang kalayaan matapos katigan ng Makati Office of the City Prosecutor ang pagsasampa ng kasong acts of lasciviousness laban sa kanya.
Nag-ugat ang nasabing kaso sa dalawang criminal complaints na isinampa laban sa aktor nitong nagdaang Hunyo matapos umanong molestiyahin ang isang babae at manakit ng isa pa sa dinaluhang party noong January, 2021.
Ang kasong slight physical injuries ay na-dismiss na sa korte noong July habang umusad nga ang aggravated acts of lasciviousness case laban kay Tony.
Inalmahan ito ng kampo ng binata. Ipinagdiinan ng legal counsel niyang si Atty. Joji Alonso na inosente ang aktor sa mga ibinibintang sa kanya at patuloy daw nila ito g ipaglalaban sa korte.

“The Makati Office of the City Prosecutor through Deputy City Prosecutor Henry M. Salazar approved the filing of an information for Acts of Lasciviousness against our client, Mr. Tony Labrusca.
“We believe that the said Resolution suffers from grievous error in having resolved the complaint based on (female complainant’s) one-sided allegations and failing to recognize that her claims are incredulous and contrary to human experience.
“We firmly stand that other than (female complainant’s) unfounded, assertions, there is utter lack of evidence to support her accusations against our client.
“We sustain that Mr. Labrusca is innocent, and we shall remain steadfast in vindicating his name,” ang sabi pa ni Atty. Alonso.
Dagdag pa ng abogado at film producer, “To protect our client’s rights, we filed a Motion for Reconsideration questioning the credence of said ruling. Mr. Labrusca has posted bail, as well.”

Samantala, feeling vindicated naman ang kampo complainant sa naging desisyon ng Makati Prosecutor’s Office, ayon sa kanilang legal counsel na si Regie Tongol.
“My client together with all the victims of abuses by public figures such as Tony Labrusca are all happy that the City Prosecutor of Makati City led by Chief Dindo Venturanza had found probable cause to file criminal charges against him for acts of lasciviousness,” ang nakasaad naman sa statement ng abogado ayon sa ulat ng ABS-CBN.
“The Resolution released on October 21, 2021 by Assistant Prosecutor Marc Jeremiah Garcia as approved by the Deputy City Prosecutor Henry Salazar is a vindication of my client’s version of what happened that night contrary to the lies concocted by Mr. Labrusca and his counsels in trying to blame the victim for what happened to her rather than own up to what he has criminally done.
“This victim-blaming scheme conveniently used by these abusers should neither be tolerated nor it be, in the slightest chance, permitted to be conventionalized by these powerful and abusive men who prey on women such as our client.
“While the filing of the charge in court is merely the first stage in our client’s quest for justice, like any victim of abuses, she would still need to endure and persevere in this quest by recalling all the traumatic acts done to her for a few more years until trial is concluded,” ani Tongol.
Samantala, kinuwestiyon naman ng kampo ng complainant ang pagpo-post ng bail ni Tony. Sabi ni Atty. Tongol sa isa pang statement, “Today, Tony Labrusca’s camp through his counsel issued a misleading press release to the media claiming that he had already posted bail and that he has filed a Motion for Reconsideration of the Resolution of the Office of the City Prosecutor of Makati City finding probable cause to charge him with the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness.
“This is quite dubious and questionable since it has only been three working days since the case has been raffled to Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 61 Makati City on November 10, 2021.
“We doubt that the Honorable Presiding Judge Xavier Paolo Del Castillo was already able to issue a warrant of arrest for such a short period of time which is a prerequisite for the posting of bail.”
