Catriona hindi active sa social media: It’s become a bit much

CATRIONA GRAY

“Hey everyone, just checking in. I know I haven’t been active much on social media lately. It’s just that personally, it’s become a bit much. Not social media alone, but just the news and the numbers.

“It feels like every week, there are condolences being shared on my timeline. Friends losing family. Friends losing friends. Families separated. People feeling isolated and alone fighting battles that seem too great.

“But I just wanted to reach out, in this small way to let you who are reading this know, that whatever it is that you’re facing or going through, you’re not alone. Your feelings and your experiences are VALID. And no matter how big the challenges may seem, there is always hope to be found. God is greater than this and He is on your side.

“Let me know in the comments how I can pray for you guys. Sending you all a big, big hug.

“Thanks for sharing the same thoughts. Praying for you, too! Permission to repost.”

Sabi naman ng TV personality na si @gretchenho, “You’re not alone in what you’re feeling! Thanks for sharing.”

I am an OFW who recently came back to my work. I am feeling isolated as of the moment as my friends are all back home in the Philippines and I feel my mental health is deteriorating already. I want to go home but I can’t. I need to earn money for my family.

Kinalma naman siya ng dalaga, “I’m so sorry that you have to be away from your loved ones. Yours is a heavy burden to carry, but I pray that you feel God’s love and comfort right now.”

Ang caption ni Samuel, “What’s with the 10, PBB? 🤔 @pbbabscbntv

“I can still remember the first time I stepped in your house, Kuya. I found it hard to speak Filipino but I never felt that I didn’t belong. I found a new family inside your house and I’m truly grateful for everything. So I hope everything’s okay, Kuya!”

Sabi ng followers ng aktor, “how time flies Sam.”

Dagdag ni Ryan, “Sabi nga sa labas ng bahay niya…a new community will rise soon.”
