Alice nag-a-adjust pa bilang mommy ni Baby Aura: Hindi ko pa siya nalalaro at nakakasama ng 100%
NAKIUSAP ang Kapuso actress at dating beauty queen na si Alice Dixson na huwag muna sanang masyadong pag-usapan ang tungkol sa anak niyang si Baby Aura.
Mukhang hindi pa handa si Alice na magdetalye sa publiko hinggil sa kanyang first baby na nabuo nga sa pamamagitan ng surrogacy.
Ngunit kahit paano ay nagkuwento naman siya about Baby Aura sa naganap na virtual mediacon ng bago niyang serye sa GMA, ang kontrobersyal na family drama na “Legal Wives”.
Natanong ang aktres kung paano niya hinarap ang pagiging mommy sa gitna ng pandemya lalo pa’t kinailangan niyang tapusin ang “Legal Wives” sa pamamagitan ng lock-in taping.
“We kept it for the first two lock-in. Pero at the certain point, kailangan ko nang… yun nga, magpaalam to leave.
“It just so happened, ang taping namin, yung second lock-in, until February 14. Umuwi kami, February 15.
“Dumating ako sa bahay, the following day we received… actually midnight of the 16th, we received a call.
“That call was our surrogate, she’s in the hospital already, she’s giving birth. So, napaka… I thought that was a blessing,” kuwento ni Alice.
Inamin din niya na hindi pa siya talaga nakakapag-adjust bilang nanay dahil ilang araw din siyang sumabak muli sa lock-in taping ng “Legal Wives.”
“It was difficult kasi I had to be away for two weeks tapos, we have the yaya. Nakahanap naman kami ng paraan.
“Unfortunately, up to now hindi ko pa siya talaga nalalaro nang husto because when I was on the set, I got cold and still recovering.
“So, hindi ko pa siya talaga nakakasama ng 100 percent. Pero siguro in the next few days, I’ll be okay na to take care of her,” chika pa ni Alice.
Nu’ng umalis siya patungong Amerika para sunduin si Baby Aura, inakala niyang hindi na siya makakabalik sa “Legal Wives” ngunit talagang ginawan ng paraan ng production para mapanatili ang karakter niya sa “Legal Wives.”
Sey ni Alice, “This show is such a blessing for me. The professional relationships, and the personal relationships were built. I will never forget this show, how things have changed.
“Nu’ng pagbalik ko for lock-in taping number five, nakakatuwa na naipasok talaga ako sa show because I thought na hindi na ako makakabalik.
“I returned in the last lock-in… it was different, because mas strict sila. The production was more strict because of the cases that happened when I was away.
“It was so nice to be back and… it was so nice to complete the show with everyone.
“I will never forget the experience whether… yes, it was the first lock-in show na nagawa ko… ahh, but I really did enjoy the experience. It was really a wonderful experience,” pahayag pa niya.
Gagampanan ni Alice ang karakter ni Amirah, ang isa sa tatlong legal wives ni Ismael Makadatu to be played by Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo.
Magsisimula na ito sa July 26, Monday, after “The World Between Us” sa GMA Telebabad, sa direksyon ni Zig Dulay. Kasama rin dito sina Andrea Torres at Bianca Umali, ang dalawa pang gaganap na legal wives.
