JM de Guzman nanginginig ang kamay sa kalagitnaan ng event

Nagkaroon ng mild panic attack si JM de Guzman habang nasa kalagitnaan ng isang online promotion nitong Biyernes.
Ipinakita pa niya ang nanginginig niyang kamay sa kanyang post sa Instagram.
“So i had a mild panic attack during our promo this afternoon. was having fun, tapos bigla nalang umatake,” ani JM.
“My handler (Portia Dimla) asked me kamusta ako and i cant type so i sent her this video, wika pa niya.
Nasa virtual medicacon si JM para sa promotion ng series na “Init sa Magdamag” nang maganap ang insidente.
“Thank God dumaan lang ng mabilis. and its been more than a month since the last attack,” wika pa niya sa post na may hastag na #spreadawareness
“A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause. Panic attacks can be very frightening. When panic attacks occur, you might think you’re losing control, having a heart attack or even dying,” paliwanag pa ng aktor.
