Hugot ni Kris Bernal: Be confident in your own skin and body, you are an art piece

“This is your year to start living unapologetically,” ang simulang mensahe ni Kris.

“My friend told me gently and that statement has been echoing in my spirit every day since. Here’s my take to being unapologetic:

“Be confident in your own skin and body, you are an art piece.

“The world needs you so don’t apologize for being creative.

“Social media doesn’t tell you who you are. You are beautiful and enough.

“Be yourself. Love your big personality.

“Be unapologetic about what you want and show up however you want.

“The opinion of others don’t define you. Know who you are, in the eyes of God, a child of God,” pahayag pa ng Kapuso actress.

“Here’s to freely moving, and dancing, and growing, and being! Here’s to recognizing that we don’t have to be perfect to be absolutely wonderful!
