Aniya si Idpalina ang commanding officer ng Sandatahang Yunit Pampropaganda sa ilalim ng Northeastern Mindanao Regional Committee.
Nabatid na ang naaresto ang pang-13 sa most wanted persons sa NPA priority target list sa rehiyon.
Ilan lang sa mga kaso nito ay kidnapping and serious illegal detention at multiple attempted murder.
Samantala, apat na miyembro naman ng Militia ng Bayan ang sumuko kasabay nang pagkakahuli kay Idpalina.
Isinuko nila ang isang .38 revolver at apat na bala.
