Roque basag kay Angel: Wala nga akong narinig na naitulong mo pero nagawa mo pang magsalita ng ganito?

BINANATAN ni Angel Locsin ang patutsada ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque patungkol sa cash donations ng ABS-CBN para sa COVID-19 pandemic.

Matapang na sinagot ng Kapamilya actress ang sinabi ni Roque na hindi naman ganu’n kalaki ang naging ayuda o contribution ng ABS-CBN para tugunan ang problema ng bansa sa health crisis.

Sa Facebook ibinandera ni Angel ang pagkadismaya sa sinabi ng public official at ikinumpara pa ang kanilang network sa kumpanya nina Manny Pangilinan at ng mga Ayala.

“Pambihira. Imbes na magpasalamat at may sumalo, nagawa mo pang tulugsain.

“Kusang loob po iyan at hindi obligasyon dahil government naman po talaga dapat ang gagawa neto pero humingi po kayo ng tulong di ba, kasi hindi kaya?

“Wala nga akong narinig na naitulong mo pero nagawa mo pang magsalita ng ganito,” himutok ni Angel.

Sinundan pa ito ng aktres ng isa pang post kung saan ipinakita niya ang listahan ng cash donations mula sa Lopez Group bilang tulong sa Duterte administration sa paglaban sa COVID-19 crisis. Nakapagbigay ang istasyon ng halos P268 million.

Bukod pa ito sa nai-donate ng “Pantawid ng Pag-ibig” campaign ng network kung saan nakalikom sila ng mahigit P427 million in cash donations at pledges.

Ayon kay Roque, “I know you donated P200 million of your own money, but the rest, you raised from your TV programs, through your cause for donation.

“But these two companies did it on their own. I do not know why ABS-CBN could not have done more, ‘no, like what the Ayalas and MVPs did,” dagdag pa niya.
