Barbero, hardresser na nagho-home service mas delikado

MAS mataas umano ang tyansa na kumalat ang coronavirus disease 2019 sa diskarte ng ilang barbero at hairdresser na mag-home service.

Ayon kay ACT-CIS Rep. Niña Taduran may mga barbero at hairdresser na nagbabahay-bahay para mag-alok ng serbisyo dahil hindi silang lahat ay maaari ng pumasok sa barbershop at parlor.

May mga salon owners din umanong lumapit kay Taduran upang hilingin na iparating sa Department of Health at Department of Trade and Industry ang kanilang panawagan na hayaan na silang bumalik sa normal na operasyon.

“I know that the government, particularly the Health Department, is just concerned that staying in public places for long hours is a great risk for Covid-19 exposure. But if proper disinfection, wearing of personal protective equipment and social distancing are implemented, the risk will be lower,” ani Taduran.

Hindi rin umano maiaalis na dumeskarte ang mga empleyado na hindi pumapasok dahil may mga pangangailangan sila na kailangang punan.

“Dumidiskarte na lang ang mga empleyado ng salon na walang kinikita. Nagho-home service sila para magkulay ng buhok at mag-manicure at pedicure. Hindi ba mas delikado ‘yun kaysa pumunta ang kliyente sa kanilang salon?” tanong ng lady solon.

Tinatayang 500,000 ang mga salon at barbershop owners at empleyado ng mga ito na apekto ng quarantine.
