Responsableng paggamit ng internet isasama sa kurikulum

ISANG panukala ang inihain sa Kamara de Representantes upang maisama sa kurikulum ng elementary at high school ang media education at responsableng paggamit ng internet.

Sa House bill 6634 ni Quezon City Rep. Anthony Peter “Onyx” Crisologo magiging mandatory ang pagtuturo ng pagiging responsableng internet users at media education sa mga estudyante.

“In order to protect our Children against abuse and wrong information such as fake news being posted in the internet. We intend to have a more elaborate curriculum on media education to eliminate and to combat the spread of haux information in the internet,” ani Crisologo.

Sinabi ni Crisologo na hindi maitatanggi na ang mga kabataan ngayon ay naimpluwensyahan ng mga impormasyon na kanilang nakukuha sa internet kaya mahalaga na matuto ang mga ito na kumuha ng impormasyon sa mapagkakatiwalaang source.

“….It is important to keep the integrity of the ecosystem of information by inculcating critical thinking to our youth at the onset of their education,” saad ng solon.

Kung matuturuan umano ang mga bata ng tama ay mabilis na malalaman ng mga ito ang fake news.
