BUKAS ng umaga ay inaasahang nasa labas na ng Philippine Area of Responsibility ang bagyong Butchoy.
Kaninang alas-8 ng umaga ay nasa layo itong 50 kilometro sa kanluran ng Iba, Zambales, ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
Umuusad ito sa bilis na 15 kilometro pa kanluran-hilagang kanluran.
Ang hangin nito ay may bilis na 45 kilometro bawat oras at bilis na 70 kilometro bawat oras.
Inaasahang maalis na ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal na nakataas sa Zambales, kanlurang bahagi ng Pangasinan (Bolinao, Anda, Bani, Agno, Alaminos City, Burgos, Dasol, Mabini, Sual, Labrador, Infanta) habang lumalayo ang bagyo.
