DSWD may cashless distribution ng tulong gamit ang PayMaya

UPANG mapabilis ang pamimigay ng tulong pinansyal, pumasok sa isang partnership ang Department of Social Welfare and Development at PayMaya.
Ang e-wallet application ay planong gamitin ng DSWD sa cashless distribution ng financial aid sa ilalim ng Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS).
Sa AICS programa ng mga kuwalipikado ay maaaring kumuha ng medical, educational, burial, o transportation assistance.
Sa ilalim ng partnership maaaring kumuha ng tulong mula sa AICS sa alinman sa 30,000 Smart Padala branches sa buong bansa sa pamamagitan ng kanilang PayMaya account.
Ang PayMaya ay maaari ring ibayad o ipadala sa ibang PayMaya user.
Noong nakaraang buwan ay kinuha naman ng DSWD ang serbisyo ng GCash sa pamimigay ng Social Amelioration Program (SAP) sa mga drivers ng Transport Network Vehicles Service (TNVS) at Public Utility Vehicles (PUVs) sa National Capital Region.
