SINABI ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque na kasama ang Mandaue City sa listahan ng mga lugar na nasa general community quarantine (GCQ) simula Hunyo 1.
Nauna nang inihayag ni Pangulong Duterte nasa GCQ na ang buong Metro Manila simula Lunes kasama ang Regions II, III, IV-A, Pangasinan, at Albay.
Mananatili naman sa GCQ ang Davao City.
Samantala, sinabi ni Roque na umaapela ang Cebu City na mapabilang sa GCQ matapos namang ilagay sa modified general community quarantine (MGCQ).
Sa kanyang public address, sinabi ni Duterte na magiging modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) naman ang iba pang lugar sa bansa na wala sa listahan ng GCQ.
