NAARESTO sa Quezon City ang no. 1 most wanted person sa Aparri. Cagayan.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Michael Angaboy, 36, ay naaresto alas-10:30 ng umaga sa tinutuluyan nito sa 134 Milagrosa st., Brgy. Marilag, Project 4.

Si Angaboy ay inaresto sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na ipinalabas ni Cagayan Region Trial Court Judge Neljoe Cortes, sa kasong paglabag sa drug law. Nagkakahalaga ng P200,000 ang kanyang piyansa.
