Sinabi ito ni Regine kahapon when she appeared as special guest sa “Rise And Shine” show sa Facebook hosted by Belle Mariano, Markus Patterson, Patrick Quiroz and DJ Jhai Ho.

Kahit nasa bahay lang just keep practicing. Keep on singing.

“Ako, would you  believe  I  sing all the time  kahit wala naman tayong online concert or anything. My husband  would encourage  me to sing,” payo ni Regine.

“Nagkaka-anxiety attack kasi ako lately, I guess, I’m worried about everything. The uncertainty, it’s driving me crazy.  But  when I sing, I  don’t  really think  of anything else.

“Di  ba ang music naman talaga has it’s way of healing our  soul? Healing our mind, our heart. It relaxes  you talaga,” pahayag ni Regine.

Ni-reveal din ni Regine  during the show na nawiwirduhan daw siya sa pagko-concert niya online sa kanyang bahay.

“It’s a weird feeling  doing  a concert with no audience. You get  your, kasama doon ‘yung excitement  mo, yung kaba mo. Lahat ‘yun.

“And then, you also get from your audience, ‘yung good vibe ng audience mo nakukuha rin. And then, ibinabalik  mo sa kanila yun in return. So, palitan lang,”  paliwanag  ni Regine.

That’s how she sees it.

“But at the same time,   it’s also nerve-wrecking. Kasi nu’ng kumakanta ako, nu’ng nag-concert ako sa Bantay Bata, the whole  time I was  very, very nervous.  I didn’t  know why I was  pressing-up the whole   time.

But once on stage, I know what to  do. And then, I just have  what?  Nawawala na talaga  ‘yon.  Nawawala na lang yung pagkanerbyos ko.

“But this time, nakaupo lang ako. Walang stage, walang tao.  It was  actually just  me and my  husband. ‘Coz my husband  is the one   who operates  the whole thing.  So, I was very, very nervous. Maybe because  it was a different setup and  I  wasn’t used to it,” lahad pa niya.

“And I think, nu’ng time na yun hindi ako performer.  Feeling ko I was a singer and I just really  trying  my heart out that night.

So, in any performance naman ke may tao o wala, alam lahat ng performers ‘to,  you really give your  all,” pahayag pa ng Songbird.
