Inciting to sedition isasampa sa guro na nag-offer ng P50M reward para patayin si Digong
SASAMPAHAN ng kasong kriminal ang gurong nag-post sa social media na magbibigay siya ng P50 milyong pabuya sa papatay kay Pangulong Duterte.
Inciting to sedition na may kaugnayan sa Republic Act 10175 o Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 ang isasampa kay Ronnel Mas, ayon kay Prosecutor General Benedicto Malcontento ng National Prosecution Service.
Ayon kay Malcontento, sa susunod na linggo ang filing ng kaso.
Mananatili naman si Mas sa kustodiya ng National Bureau of Investigation habang inihahanda ang kaso laban sa kanya.
Hinuli si Mas ng NBI matapos magpost ito sa Twitter ng “I will give 50 Million reward kung sino makakapatay kay Duterte #NotoABSCBNShutDown.”
