6 Metro gov’t hospital tatanggap ng surgical masks mula DPWH
PARA mapunan ang kakulangan ng personal protective equipment (PPE), tatanggap ang anim na pangunahing government hospitals sa Metro Manila ng surgical masks mula sa Department of Public Works and Highways.
May 2,000 piraso ng surgical masks ang ibibigay sa Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, National Kidney & Transplant Institute, Philippine Heart Center, Philippine General Hospital, Lung Center of the Philippines at Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center, sabi ni Secretary Mark A. Villar.
Dagdag ni Villar, malaking tulong ang donasyon para protektahan ang health workers gayundin ang DPWH personnel laban sa virus.
Ayon kay Undersecretary Emil Sadain, nag-donate ang CCCC Highway Consultants Co., Ltd. ng 19,000 piraso ng surgical masks at 1,000 piraso ng N-95 masks para sa hospital personnel at DPWH workers na kasali sa pagsasagawa ng karagdagang health facilities at pagsasagawa ng iba pang mission-critical service.
Nagambag naman ang Hillmarcs Construction Corporation ng 200 gallons of disinfectant alcohol para sa DPWH frontliners, ani Sadain.
Pinasalamatan ng DPWH ang lahat ng donors para maipagpatuloy ng frontliners ang laban kontra COVID-19 pandemic.
