“There is an IATF directive enjoining LGUs to set up their temporary quarantine facilities. Where are the daily and weekly reports on these TQFs? So far, I have only seen the HOPE status reports of the Quezon City LGU,” ani Garbin.
“These LGU-level data are needed for well-informed decision-making of the IATF and its member-agencies. These data can help authorities choose from among various options, including calibration of the enhanced community quarantine and on identifying performance level quality of every LGU. These data can update the public on the status of COVID-19 measures.”
“I commend DILG Secretary Eduardo Año on ordering the barangays to publicly disclose the masterlists of SAP beneficiaries. I urge the COA, civic groups, and concerned citizens to scrutinize these masterlists and help identify suspicious and alarming inclusions arising from nepotism and corruption.”
