“Avoid excessive exposure to media coverage. Connect through calls, text, and Internet. Add extra time for daily stress relief. Practice self-care. Focus on your mental health,” bahagi ng IG post ni Kylie.

This is the line outside S&R BGC at 930am [following] the #MMLockdown announcement.”
May suggestion naman ang broadcast journalist para maiwasan ang hoarding, “Supermarkets should now implement policies against hoarding.
Wealthier consumers shouldn’t be allowed to hoard carts and carts of toilet paper, disinfectants, alcohol and sanitizers. It is frankly selfish and ridiculous.”
