Duterte tuloy ang pagsakay ng chopper sa kabila ng pag-crash ng helicopter na sinasakyan ni Gamboa

SINABI ng Palasyo na tuloy pa rin ang pagsakay ni Pangulong Duterte ng chopper sa kabila ng nangyaring aksidente ng sinasakyan ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Archie Gamboa kung saan sugatan siya at pitong iba pa nang mag-crash ang kanilang sinasakyang helicopter sa San Pedro City, Laguna.

Sa isang briefing, sinabi ni Presidential Spokesperson at Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo na hindi apektado si Duterte sa pangyayari.

I don’t think—you know naman the President eh. The President always says, “If it’s my time, it’s my time,” sabi ni Panelo.

Idinagdag ni Panelo na patuloy ang imbestigasyon kaugnay ng insidente.

 “According to the PNP, that’s a latest acquisition and it’s a very good chopper. So, apparently it’s really an accident,” dagdag ni Panelo.

Ani Panelo tuloy lang ang paggamit ni Duterte ng chopper sa kanyang mga aktibidad.

Kasi hindi natin alam, hindi pa… iniimbestigahan pa kung whether it was a pilot error or engine… pero wala pa eh. Let’s wait for the investigation,” giit ni Panelo.
