Hindi lang sa Pilipinas humahataw ngayon ang local adaptation ng global phenomenon Korean series na Descendants of the Sun (DOTS) ng GMA 7 kundi maging sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng mundo.
Simula nang mag-premiere ito worldwide palagi itong trending (worldwide) sa social media kasabay ng mga papuri sa mga lead stars nitong sina Dingdong Dantes at Jennylyn Mercado mula sa mga manonood at netizens.
Sa Facebook nag-comment ang Canadian user na si Chen Chen, “I love it! Good job on the casting and the Philippine adaptation itself was worth the wait. Watching from Canada!”
Sey naman ni Donah Bascar, iba rin ang magic nina Dingdong as Captain Lucas Manalo at Jennylyn bilang Dr. Maxine dela Cruz, “Nakakakilig ang DongJen sa Pinoy version, both are amazing actors.”
