Bagong kaso vs Intsik na nandura

NAHAHARAP sa karagdagang kaso na overstaying ang Chinese na nandura sa pulis-Maynila habang inaaresto dahil sa paglabag sa batas trapiko, ayon sa Bureau of Immigration.

Sa kalatas, sinabi ni BI chief Jaime Morente na nasa kustodiya na ng BI Intelligence Division ang suspek na si Zhou Zhiyi, 50, dahil sa paglabag sa Philippine Immigration Act.

“I immediately dispatched a team of operatives from our Intelligence Division to effect his immediate arrest so he could also be charged for violating our immigration law,” sabi ni Morente.

Idinagdag niya na dumating si Zhou sa Pilipinas bilang turista noong Nobyembre 11, 2019 at pinayagang manatili sa bansa nang 30 araw.

Idinagdag ng BI, na overstating na si Zhou nang mandura sa isang pulis noong Pebrero 6.

Nakakulong si Zhou sa BI Detention Facility sa Bicutan, Taguig matapos ikulong sa Manila Police District.

Sinabi ni BI spokeswoman Dana Sandoval na ireresolba muna ang kaso ni Zhou kaugnay sa traffic violation bago dinggin ang kanyang deportasyon.

Matatandaang dinuruan ni Zhou ang braso ng pulis isa na umaaresto sa kanya dahil sa paglabag sa number coding scheme.

Inararo rin ni Zhou ang mga motorsiklo.

Nakakumpiska naman ng shabu at drug paraphernalia sa loob ng sports utility vehicle ng suspek. –Inquirer.net
