Dong Jen matindi ang pakilig sa DOTS: Bagay sila, havey na havey!
IKINATUWA ng fans ni Dingdong Dantes ang naisip niyang paraan para matulungan ang mga kabataang naapektuhan ng pagputok ng bulkang Taal.
Sa pamamagitan ng kanyang YesPinoy Foundation, magsasagawa ang lead star ng Kapuso primetime series na Descendants of the Sun ng “play therapy” para sa mga batang taga-Batangas upang kahit paano’y maibsan ang kanilang trauma sa naranasang kalamidad.
Narito ang Instagram post ni Dingdong: “Surprise! The YesPinoy Foundation, Tulong sa Kapwa Kapatid Foundation, and Smile Cares Foundation, in partnership with Enchanted Kingdom, present ‘EK says Yes2Steam: A Play Therapy for Taal Children Evacuees’, a fundraising program to bring 500 underprivileged kids to Enchanted Kingdom for a day of fun-filled learning on March 21, 2020 and September 12, 2020.
“The activity will let you and your sponsored child experience the magic of EK. For P2500, you and your sponsored kid will get two (2) EK tickets, shirts, transportation from a designated pick up point to EK and vice versa, meals (lunch, PM snacks and dinner), nametags, certificates, and a raffle entry. Samantala, speaking of Descendants of the Sun, this week na mapapanood ang ilang iconic scenes sa original Korean series kung saan muling magpapakilig sina Dingdong at Jennylyn bilang Big Boss at Doc Maxene.
In fairness, talagang tinutukan ng Kapuso viewers ang pilot week ng DOTS at unang linggo pa lang ay napakarami nang nangyari at iisa ang comment ng manonood – ang tindi rin pala ng chemistry ng DongJen on screen. Kahit daw pareho na silang may karelasyon ay nagagawa pa rin nilang pakiligin ang manonood.
