Nadine Lustre nilayasan na rin ang Viva, ima-manage ang sarili

TULAD ng inaasahan, pormal na ngang iniwan ni Nadine Lustre ang Viva Artists Agency na siyang namahala sa kanyang showbiz career sa loob ng mahigit 10 taon.

Matagal nang nababalita na lalayasan na rin ng aktres ang talent management ni Boss Vic del Rosario matapos ngang kumalas ang ex-boyfriend niyang si James Reid sa Viva a few months ago.

Ngayon ay kinumpirma na ng legal counsel ni Nadine na si Atty. Lorna Kapunan ang pag-alis ng dalaga sa Viva kahit na hindi pa natatapos ang kanyang exclusive contract.

Narito ang official statement ng kampo ni Nadine: “For the information of the public, Nadine Lustre is no longer a talent of Viva Artists Agency.

“Consistent with her rights under the Civil Code of The Philippines, specifically Article 1920, she has decided to terminate her agency contract with Viva.

“As of now, Nadine is self-managed and will continue to be so indefinitely.

“She shall directly manage her affairs from now on, and bookings and inquiries may be directly addressed to her.”

Ayon sa Article 1920, Chapter 4, Modes of Extinguishment of Agency, “The principal may revove the agency at will, and compel the agency to return the document evidencing the agency. Such revocation may be express or implied.”

Kung matatandaan, noong October, 2019 nauna nang nilayasan ni James ang Viva at sa isang panayam nasabi niyang, “We’re still working together. We’re all on good terms which is great. I just have a bit more freedom now, that’s all.” 

Sa ngayon, magkasama pa rin ang ex couple sa Careless Music Manila, ang music label na pag-aari mismo ni James.

Nakatakda ring gumawa ng serye si James katambal Nancy McDonie ng Korean girl group na Momoland. Ito ay ang The Soulmate Project na mapapanood na rin ngayong 2020.
