“Upon the recomendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and in view of the continuing inclement weather brought about buly typhoon Tisoy, work in government officers and classes in schools (public and private) at all levels in Metro Manila, are hereby suspended effective 12:00 noon today, 03 December 2019,” sabi ni Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea sa ipinalabas na Memorandum Circulat number 73.

“However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services,” ayon pa kay Medialdea.
