Guro kay Tulfo: Hindi ka judge para magsabing guilty ako o hindi!

IF anything, may magandang naidulot ang recent episode ng show ni Raffy Tulfo where netizens were up in arms dahil pinapili niya ang isang guro – mag-resign at ma-revoke ang license to teach or face child abuse case.

Isang teacher named Edu Riparip shared his insight into the issue. Ang daming natutunan ng netizens sa kanya kaya naman kumalat na sa social media ang kanyang suggestion.

“ISANG PAYO: Kapag i-pina-Tulfo kayo ng kapitbahay, kamag-anak o kung sinoman, HUWAG NA HUWAG KA-YONG PUMAYAG na ipa-on air kayo. May karapatan kayong hindi sumagot at manahimik. Sabihin n’yo sa STAFF nila ito:

“First, I have the right to remain silent. You are not a court of law. You do not have jurisdiction over my person. Second, you are not a judge to tell me if I am guilty or not. If someone complains about me, there is a judicial process to follow. Go to the court or barangay. Third, I will answer the complaint in a proper forum. You are not the judicial system of this country, bitch! Lastly, you do not own me, f*cking Tulfo!”

Ang daming nagkagusto sa advice na iyon ni Edu.

“Go Edu! We need people like u to inform teachers of their rights.”

“Simpleng problema lang dala agad sa Tulfo, may mga taong sulsol kasi minsan. D nila alam pinagkikitaan Lang sila. Pa share po sir.”

“Pero magandang study yan, how media outfit and shows like Tulfo, serve as an ‘alternative’ to the judicial system like lupon ng Barangay and reginal trial courts.”
