Martin Nievera pinepersonal si Jobert Sucaldito?

Ronnie Carrasco III - November 25, 2019 - 12:01 AM

IN THE news naman ngayon si Martin Nievera if only for his pro-Morissette Amon comment tungkol sa eksena nito at Kiel Alo’s recent birthday concert at the Music Museum.

Hindi ito siyempre pinalampas ni Jobert Sucaldito, ang manager ni Kiel, sa aniya’y sablay ni Martin in defense of a fellow singer. Hindi na namin iisa-isahin ang punto por punto ni Jobert but we honestly believe he’s dri-ving home a point.

Rather, may naaamoy ka-ming tahimik na pag-aaklas among a few artists who have an axe to grind against Jobert. Sana’y nagkakamali lang ang aming sapantaha, but the likelihood that there might be some people na may lihim na galit o sama ng loob toward Jobert is too strong not to be felt.

Tulad ng mga artista at mga reporter, there exists a homogenous clique system sa hanay rin ng mga mang-aawit.

Minsan nang binulabog ni Jobert ang ligang kinabibilangan ni Erik Santos who have found allies in Jaya, among others. Sa isyung kinapalooban niya with Morissette, nakahanap ito ng mga kakampi kay Marissa Sanchez, and this time Martin.

We hope this is an isolated case as they speak on general terms. Na wala itong kinalaman sa kaso ni Jobert kay Erik o sa management agency nito na Cornerstone Productions ni
Erickson Raymundo.

Ang mali at palsong ginawa ni Morissette na tama sa paningin ni Martin only speaks of how the power of a clique system can subdue what is supposedly professionally right and virtuous.

Particularly in this case, anumang tama ang gawin ni Jobert, he ends up heaping all the blame. Nagkataon din lang that Jobert—poor him—is not as admittedly moneyed to pull a big-budget concert to afford expensive artists.
