Persons with disabilities, senior citizens employees may pag-asa

Despite of the trending of them getting employed, marami pa ring discrmination na nangyayari sa hanay nila.

Marami pa rin mga buildings, public transport, sidewalks, footbridges na hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa “senior citizens and PDs friendly” kung kaya qualified man sila, many SCs and PWDs can’t get access to those jobs. So it is important to provide these accessible for them.

Kailangan din na may government agency o private organization na may control at supervision ng isang directory of qualified SCs and PWDs so it is easy for companies to get to know and contact them for employment.

Just keep on trying. May pag-asa pa!
