NAGING isa ng bagyo ang binabantayang low pressure area ng Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.

Ito ay tatawaging Quiel na hindi inaasahang magla-landfall sa bansa.

Ito ay magpapa-ulan sa Central at Southern Luzon, ayon sa PAGASA. Mayroon itong hangin na umaabot sa 45 kilometro bawat oras ang bilis at pagbugsong 55 kilometro bawat oras.

Kung hindi magbabago ng bilis at direksyon, sa Biyernes o Sabado inaasahang lalabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility ang bagyo.
