Faeldon, Bato iniimbestigahan ng Ombudsman sa GCTA
INIIMBESTIGAHAN ng Office of the Ombudsman si dating Bureau of Corrections chief Nicanor Faeldon at Sen. Bato dela Rosa kaugnay ng pagpapalaya sa mga hinatulang guilty sa heinous crime sa ilalim ng Good Conduct Time Allowance.
Sa sesyon ng Kamara de Representantes kahapon, tinanong ni Bayan Muna Rep. Carlos Isagani Zarate ang sponsor ng budget ng Ombudsman na si Zamboanga del Norte Rep. Romeo Jalosjos Jr., kaugnay ng GCTA.
“Yes your honor. He is included in the investigation,” sagot ni Jalosjos ng tanungin ni Zarate kung iniimbestigahan din ng Ombudsman si Faeldon.
Wala na si Faeldon sa puwesto kaya hindi na siya maaaring suspendihin ng Ombudsman gaya ng 27 tauhan ng Ombudsman.
Tinanong din ni Zarate si Jalosjos kung iniimbestigahan din si dela Rosa na hepe ng BuCor bago nanalong senador.
“As mentioned, all present and past are now under investigation,” ani Jalosjos.
Iniimbestigahan umano ang lahat ng mga naging opisyal ng BuCor mula noong 2014, nang ipatupad ang GCTA.
