ISA nang certified second lieutenant of the Philippine Army si Matteo Guidicelli matapos pirmahan ni President Rodrigo Duterte ang mga papeles which allowed him to jump from his earlier rank bilang probationary second lieutenant.

Nag-join si Matteo bilang reservist of the Philippine Army noong April at sumailalim siya sa extensive and exhaustive 30-day scout ranger training sa Camp Tecson.

“That’s a real man faithful may narating sa buhay. Proud parents and lucky Sarah.”

“To be commissioned as an officer in the military, one must have a bachelor degree, plus going to an officer candidate school and military training. Mateo most probably met all those criteria.”

Pero may isang nagmaasim na netizen and said, “Unfair to those who choose to have a military career, not easy to be a commissioned officer. Parang ang dali lang sa mga celebrity.”
