Raymond umaming ‘in a relationship’, pero dedma sa kasal
Happy si Raymond Bagatsing sa success ng “Quezon’s Game” where he played the role of President Manuel Quezon in the movie.
With “Quezon’s Game,” parang nag-resurrect muli si Raymond as a lead star. But he humbly agreed on it.
“I don’t know. I never died,” ngiti niya. “But yeah, as a lead actor. Although, I did a couple of leads naman. I jump from leads to character to lead. I always say, I’m an actor, whatever is offered to me, that’s what I do. But, I like the resurrection, I guess,” lahad ni Raymond nu’ng mainterbyu namin siya sa set ng bagong movie niyang “Malamaya.”
May posibilidad daw na ipalabas sa iba’t ibang bansa around the world ang “Quezon’s Game.”
Samantala, hindi naman itinanggi ni Raymond sa amin that he’s in a relationship right now.
“Yes, yes, I am. But it’s just very quiet lang muna. It’s always just quiet.
So, we asked him kung may plano ba siyang pakasalan ang partner niya ngayon.
“I don’t know. Hindi ko naman pinaplano ‘yun, e. Siguro I’d like to live in the now, kung ano ‘yung ngayon. Ayoko nu’ng plano nang plano. Baka kasi lumipad, eroplano na ‘yun. Plano nang plano,” biro pa niya.
Tinatapos ni Raymond ang “Malamaya” in preparation for his upcoming horror movie under Star Cinema. Pero excited na ikinuwento ni Raymond sa amin ang role niya sa “Malamaya” which is an official entry in 2019 Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival na ipalalabas sa CCP Theater from Aug. 2 to 11.
“Ako ‘yung kababata ni Nora, ni Sunshine Cruz. Nagkarelasyon kami. I married tapos nagkaanak. And then, it didn’t work. Tapos she was there. And then there is Enzo (Pineda).
Last project nila together is “Ekis.”
