“Before Iya didn’t want to cook, but now she has evolved into a Dark Phoenix of the kitchen,” chika ng biyaherong TV host-actor na ang tinutukoy nga ay ang sikat na character sa “X-Men” movie.

“Parang I thought na parang it was just hard to do. Akala ko nga all the more ‘pag naging nanay ako mas mahihirapan ako dahil mas wala akong time.

“But I found that when I had children, the more I found myself in the kitchen lalo na ‘yung anak naming si Primo mahilig din kasi sa kusina,” aniya pa.

Dugtong pa niya, “I am more confident in the kitchen lalo na when I am with Primo. I see it’s his interest, I want to be able to make that grow. I want to be able to make that interest grow with him.”

Ayon pa kay Drew, talagang napakalaking bahagi ngayon ng kanilang married life ni Iya ang pagkain, “Food has always been the centerpiece of our lives.

Singit naman ni Iya, “Food just naturally brings people together, especially as a family. It brings us together whether we’re preparing the food, it brings us together when we’re eating the food. Especially when we travel, it’s always looking for good food to eat, it’s always part of the trip.”

In fairness, ang yummy nga niya at nakakabusog pa.

“Aside from that Home Foodie also engages more with its Ka-Home Foodie community on recipe ideas, questions and needs that can be addressed by the show.
